Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Как сделать ограничение по кол-ву вводимых символов, с обычной <textarea> всё понятно, а как быть с WISIWIG'ом? Если есть варианты с другим редактором тоже рассмотрю.
Может есть плугины какие нить ?
