Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

В js не силен, поэтому задаю этот вопрос в этой ветке!
Как сделать чтобы в input и textarea был по-умолчанию текст, а когда кликаем он исчезал? Только чтобы не вводить текст в value по-умолчанию. Видел скрипт вроде как placeholder но не знаю он ли, подскажите.
