Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Стандартными инструментами js анимация не тянет контент, появляются тормоза и всякие глюки.
Понятно, что дело не в возможностях машины. Какие есть способы использовать аппаратное ускорение при анимации?
Кто-нибудь знает?
