Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Помогите пожалуйста найти как называется или статейку про то как сделать так что например у меня в меню есть 2 кнопки.. нажав на одну у меня просто прокручивается вниз до определённого тэга на этой же странице или как то так... нажав на вторую кнопку, прокручивается до другого тега... или как то так с координатами.. точно знаю что где то видел, а где найти, не знаю...
