Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Слепил микро cmsку - вызывается всегда одна страница, а содержание зависит от переменных.
Адрес одной из страниц каталога - fix.ru/index.php?a=2&b=5
Одна из страниц новостей - fix.ru/index.php?a=4&b=0&c=5
Вот, стало интересно: а как поисковики к таким адресам относятся?
