Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

, люди разбирающиеся в сайтостроительстве подскажите на чем можно реализовать примерно следущее БЛОГ + ФОРУМ причем сообщения блога связаны с форумом:

на чем эти проекты реализованы? какой движок используется? Нужна таже структура сообщения в блоге с комментариями на форуме
