Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Здравствуйте! Стоит задача поверх jpeg картинки сделать интерактивную карту мира:
1) полупрозрачная подсветка разными цветами территорий произвольных стран стран
2) реакция на клик по области
Если использовать канвас и обводить страну LineTo(), это же с ума сойти можно. Есть в природе другие варианты решить такую задачу ?
