Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Подскажите пожалуйста: код. Как можно сделать так, чтобы один див располагался под другим, без применения отрицательного margin-top и любых других вариаций отрицательного смещения?
