Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

не получается подогнять отступы в верху и в низу левого сайдбара чтобы был одинаковый отступ с верху и снизу
вот пример http://jsfiddle.net/Actticus/Gr5TV/ есть отступ с верху но не правильный
а вот отступ с низу но тогда не могу сделать с верху http://jsfiddle.net/Actticus/Fwhwa/
нужно чтобы с верху и снизу был отступ равный 4 em
помогите только начал изучать верстку и сразу в бой=)
