Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Никак не пойму, почему футер не прижимается, вроде бы применяю относительное позиционирование и отрицательный отступ, но все равно откуда то появляется белое пространство под футером.
В чем может быть дело?
