Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Всем привет!
a{color:red;font:20px Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;}
a:link{background-color:orange;}
у меня хром присваивает даже якорям background-color:orange; опера игнор а ие6-все гуд
в html5 нужно использ id!!ничого не поменялось
