Проблема c input и autofocus

Добрый день. У меня есть две проблемы:

1) Почему поле input не подсвечивается в Mozilla,Opera жёлтым , как в Google Chrome например?

2) Вторая проблема заключается в том, что autofocus не загружается, то есть при нажатии на кнопку поиск выплывает окошко и там должен быть autofocus. Возможно ли это как-нибудь это сделать? Мною опробованы методы :

1) Скрипты

Ничего не работает.

У меня кривые руки или это можно сделать? Мне кажется здесь ещё проблема в том, что он должен показаться только при нажатии по кнопке поиск. Может быть так сделать нельзя? Только когда на странице изначально, а не выплывает.
