Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

всем привет,
я пытаюсь написать код для сабжа. Нагуглил статью на этом сайте
http://htmlbook.ru/faq/kak-sdelat-chtoby-kartinka-menyalas-pri-navedenii-na-nee. С этим способом справился.
но нужен плавный переход между картинками. И я нагуглил еще одну статью
http://makecode.ru/2011/02/fade-image-with-css-sprites, здесь предлагаются три способа, я выбрал первый, на базе span. Скопипастил себе в html, но работать не хочет. Подскажите, как заставить его заработать?
