Привет. Получил сегодня на корпоративный ящик следующее "послание". Хотелось бы услышать ваше мнение:

1.On Dec.18, 2011, we received an application formally. One company named Jiunai Holdings Ltd wanted to register the Network Marketing Keyword "domain" with some related domain names with our organization.

2. During our preliminary investigation, we found that these Domain Names' keyword is identical with your Trade Mark, this is why we inform you.

3. I wonder whether did you consigned Jiunai Holdings Ltd to register these Domain Names with us?

Currently, we have already postponed this company's application. Pls let the relevant principal make a confirmation with me ASAP.

Просто у них часто случаются суды по подобным вопросам... Хотя бы взять IPad - в Китае существует контора, которая в суде доказала правообладание этой маркой, а Apple тяжбу проиграла...

Китайцы настолько суровы, что сделали новый вид бизнеса на судах по правообладанию =\

Что тревожит меня? Не хочу проявить некомпетентность, показывая это "послание" директору

Разводяги из Гонконга. Вот что это. Прикольно, чуваки придумали новый вид бизнеса - за копейки покупать "вкусные" домены, потом перепродавать.
