Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

создал правило в css для ссылки "перейти в раздел Контакты >> " на странице http://shkafmos.ru/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=27&Itemid=94
но оно не работает.
Помогите плийз разобратся - где я накосячил.
