Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Доброго времени суток господа верстальщики! Вот решил сверстать макетик.. Так вроде все норм, ну почти все) А внизу вагон пустого места. Подскажите что не так, заранее спасибо откликнувшимся!
