Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Всем привет. Имеется следующая картина.
Есть макет шириной в 2100 пикселей и высотой в 1900, нужно сверстать точь в точь.
Я это сделал, но у самого монитор "футбольное поле" (1920*1080). Вот тут нужно думать и о 1024*768, например. Слышал и читал, что можно определить ширину браузера с помощью javascript и вывести инфу в зависимости от условия, но тут другая проблема - я плохо разбираюсь в js.
Я думаю суть ясна, прошу Вашей помощи.
Заранее благодарен
P.S. Информации надо будет вывести строк 5-10 или сразу весь <body></body>
