Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Здравствуйте!!!Прошу прощения если я попал не в тему!!!
Такая проблема Сайт был на HTML, потом был сделан на PHP но поисковики индексировали старые станицы, а новые больше половины не индексируюются(ошибки по доступу)Надеюсь я понятно изложил!!
