Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Здравствуйте.Имеется три div'a , которые нужно расположить так , чтобы два блока , которые по бокам растягивались по мере уменьшения масштаба , а центральный оставался по середине и не тянулся , возможно такое дело осуществить?
Вот пример , только здесь width указан точно в пикселях ; пробовал ставить width:100% не помогло ;(
