Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Я поставил на своем сайте нестандартный курсор. Как сделать так, чтоб если например надо нажать ссылку, то чтоб надо было подносить середину, а не левый верхний угол? Сайт. И почему в браузере IE он выглядит большим?
