Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Приветствую.
В очередной раз обращаюсь за мудрым советом.
Есть фон шириной 1400px и делать его фиксированным не хочется. Очевидно, что при меньшем разрешении он должен "сжиматься".
В первых строчках выдачи серпа нашел вариант с background-size: cover, но мне кажется на больших экранах будет ужасно смотреться.
Так как же быть?
