Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Люди, помогите! Необходимо зафиксировать всплывающую подсказку в окне, т.е. подсказка не "бегает" за курсором, а при наведении на текст/картинку появляется в определенном месте. Скорее всего тут надо крутить jquery.tooltip.js, но самостоятельно у меня ничего не получилось.
