Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Доброе время суток всем!
Начал создавть свой сайт и столкнулся с такой проблемой:границы ссылок и надписей очень большие,можно ли как нибудь их уменьшить?
п.с.искал в справочниках и не только но увы...
