Да, ведь все остальное работает(подключение блоков, аякс подгрузка, вывод контента из БД). Причем такая беда как на локалхосте, так и на внешнем. И если просмотреть код страницы инспектором кода, то в тайтле именно "Документ без названия", а если открыть исходный код страницы в браузере, то заданный мною тайтл

Не думаю, ведь все файлы в ANSI as UTF-8. Тем более, если я говорю, что проблема решается простой сменой расширения файла с .php на .html . Но ведь это не решение, ведь надо же както скрипты обрабатывать.

Проблему решил сам, можете удалять тему. Оказалось в файле, который отвечает за подключение к БД был весь стандартный скелет DOM`а, оставил только пхп скрипт и все стало нормально.

...значит, проблема в одном из инклюдов (кот. в статичном HTML, закономерно, не подключаются), логично?
