Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Помоги пожалуйста, застрял в такой простой проблеме - не знаю что придумать, вот ссылка: jsFiddle
Пример маленький, проблема что, текст в div.b не выравнивается, а переходит сразу вниз, хотя выставил свойства float, дизайн на сайте резиновый, так что не получится просто выставить width в px.
Как можно выйти из ситуации?
