Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Верстаю 1 шаблон столкнулся с парочкой проблем
1)Opere когда листаешь страницу в самый низ и обновляешь её становится отступ хотя в остальных браузерах всё нормально.
2)Как убрать верхний отступ ?а то в Opere он 3px а в Mozilla Firefox 5px и не могу выровнить блок
