Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Использую обычную конструкцию
Валидация (HTML5) говорит:
The name attribute is obsolete. Consider putting an id attribute on the nearest container instead.
Хорошо ещё, что на сайте консорциума, аттрибут name не является depr., но всё равно хочется, чтобы html был "чистым". Что делать? Неужто громоздить кострукции с id?
Даже если напишу
Что дальше делать? Как указать ссылку на него?
