Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Здравствуйте!
Сразу к сути вопроса Мне необходимо сверстать вот такое меню
Сам сайт фиксированный а у шапки фон тянется во всю ширину окна с наложением повторяющейся текстуры причем у активного пункта меню тоже имеется такой же background и сами пункты должны быть резиновыми.
Подскажите как это можно реализовать что бы это было кроссбраузерно и желательно без js.
