Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Здравствуйте уважаемые знатоки, подскажите пожалуйста, как вставить картину на сайт.В настоящий момент сайт находится на локальном сервере(денвер)
. Как правильно прописать путь. И как нужно будет изменить путь при переносе сайта на хост?
Здесь лежит файл на локальном сервере
Z:\home\centr\www\templates\likom25\images\1.jpg
А вот так я его пытался добавить прописывая в index.php
