Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Доброго времени суток друзья.Сразу извиняюсь если пишу не туда либо не так.По яваскрипту скажу сразу полный ноль.
Вопрос такой.Есть 2 картинки left.jpg и right.jpg.Их нужно поставить по бокам сайта,но ни как фон они должны быть кликабельны и при прокрутки сайта вниз не подниматься,а находиться на одном уровне.Как это сделать с помощью javascript или css вот пример http://www.y8mini.com/
В нете все перерыл но именно такое не могу найти,везде одно и тоже как фон с помощью css пападается.
