Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Здравствуйте.
Верстаю страницу. Если навести на пункт меню услуги, то банер съезжает. Инструменты разработчика Хром не дают ответа о причине происходящего либо я ими не правильно пользуюсь(выделяю теги ul, li, a и смотрю в разделе Metrics размеры отступов и пр. с и без наведения мыши)
Подскажите пожалуйста, какой из тегов сдвигает банер вниз.
