создание перелистывающих страниц

здравствуйте все ребят подскажите пожалуйста как сделать перелистывание на странице к примеру я залил какую нибудь информацию на сайт,а старая информация должна автоматически передвинуться на вторую страницу. желательно код на пхп или джаваскрипт и куда вставить заранее спасибо

  Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.
