Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Доброе время суток!
Помогите решить вопрос с такой формой:
Допустим имеется инпут Select, и выбираешь один пункт из него, ниже отображается одни поля для заполнения, выбираешь другой пункт отображаются другие поля для заполнения.
Вопрос - можно ли такое реализовать без JavaScript и HTML5 ?
Если нельзя, то как такое реализовать на JavaScript так, что бы поддерживали все браузера начиная с IE6?
