Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Сайт состоит из div-блоков. По краям страницы (после div-колонок) - бэкграунд. На лэптопах/ПК все нормально. А вот планшет автоматически "отрезает" все что находится вне div-блоков. И получается некрасиво. Нужно каким то образом очертить границы сайта, чтобы бэкграунд частично считался "полезным". Самый простой способ - создать пустые div-ы по краям... Но я не уверен что это "профессионально". Может быть есть существуют "правильные, общепринятые" способы?
