Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Подскажите, никак не получается
Есть 3 дива в одном. Мне нужно чтобы центральный (синий) див всегда был по центру с заданным размером, боковые чтобы заполняли все остальное пространство слева и справа до края браузера. Нашел кучу макетов, но мне не нужна таблица и прочие сложности. Подскажите в чем беда.
