Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

вопрос такой, как сделать, чтоб при нажатии на кнопку направляло на форму регистрации и одновременно на еще одну страничку (вроде: спасибо за ваши данные). это в action как-то прописать можно?
