[DLE] Проблема с shortstory.tpl

Начал делать shortstory.tpl, задавать вопрос "Как это вообще делается" не буду (хотя, если кто подскажет мануал, буду благодарен), но не суть, так вот

Начал я с малого:

...и сразу столкнулся с проблемой:

- все мои теги складируются внизу страницы. Буду очень благодарен ответившим.

  Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.
