Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Добрый день, вот адрес сайта www.rada.shepetivka.net, внизу слева есть небольшое выпадающее меню - Информация, проблема в том, что выпадающие пункты прячутся за контент, подскажите что и где нужно поменять, чтобы устранить проблему. Думаю, что нужно менять z-index, но где ???
