Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Добрый день всем! Есть такой макет:
Сверху обычное состояние, снизу-при наведении. Верхняя часть сверстан без проблем. А вот при ховере возникают проблемы.
Не подскажете ли решение этих проблем (можно в общих чертах)?
