Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Здравствуйте. Прошу помочь более опытных, никак не могу сам справиться, и проблема вроде маленькая но спать не даёт
Суть в том что по каким-то причинам кнопка "Отправить" не так отображается.
