Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Прошу обратить внимание на меню и, блок слева, которые тянятся до конца ширины, (посмотреть можно уменьшив размер сайта), я нашел только такой выход из ситуации, интересно, есть еще какие нибудь выходы?
