Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Джамбо. Тема очень простая, но что то мне в голову ничего дельного не приходит. Не работает ссылка на картинку, картинка открывается как пустая, но если открыть картинку в новом окне, то загружается нужная страница..Вроде ссылку описываю правильно, единственное, сомневаюсь конечно что это как то влияет, но картинка с ссылкой засунута в див.
