Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Помогите, пожалуйста, вычислить время.
Мне нужна переменная, содержащая время до 12 дня или до 24 часов ночи сегодняшнего дня. (в общем в ней, чтобы не больше 12 часов чтоб оставалось)
