Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Добрый день.
Валидатор (http://validator.w3.org/check )выдает предупреждения насчет какой то тестовой функции и что то насчет игнорирования кодировки.
Подскажите пожалуйста что ему не нравится?
П.С. С кодировкой разобрался, загрузил файлом а не копипастом и убрал <BOM>.
Но с чекером по прежнему что то не то (Using experimental feature: HTML5 Conformance Checker).
