Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Господа,подскажите пожалуйста,почему не срабатывает float:right для блока с текстом?
Вроде сделал общий блок для сайдбара и контента.Сайдбару задал флоат лефт,а контенту флоат райт,но почему-то он неправильно срабатывает.
