Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

суть вот в чем.
На десктопе во всех браузерах смотрится прекрасно, т.к. и задумано, а вот на мобильном есть проблема:
1. логотип прижимается к левому краю
2. Полоса справа имеет ширину не в % (в момент загрузки кажется что все нормально, но если уменьшить до нужных размеров видна проблема.
не подскажете как решить?
