Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Вот столкнулся с очердной проблемой ПОДВАЛ)
Как этот подвал прибить к низу???
