Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Помогите пожалуйста понять почему вот в этом уроке: http://htmlbook.ru/css/hover, в примере 2, в селекторе li ul, абсолютное позиционирование подменю получается относительно li a. Если убрать margin, из свойств margin-top и margin-left, то позиционируется относительно экрана. Почему margin так влияет?
