Выпадающий список, однако

Всем привет.

Подсобите, пожалуйста, с одной проблемой.

Как вставить в шапку, выполненную в форме таблицы(одна пара<tr>) выпадающий список.

Или как поднять картинку вставленную в <ul>, при том расклада что она стоит в ряд, с более большими по высоте элементами.

Если не затруднит, то дайте, чистый код с комментариями, мне так будет проще его оптимизировать.
