Здравствуйте, подскажите какой тег использовать для увеличения значения, пример на картинке. Вроде, про такой тег я слышала. Если есть тег прогресс бар, значит и такое должно быть.

Что можно сделать с body, html или другим узлом DOM, чтоб все фиксированные элементы подвинулись немного вправо. Т.е. я понимаю, что fixed-блоки позиционируются относительно окна, а мне нужно левую границу области окна подвинуть немного вправо. Может есть какое-то новое CSS свойство или может это можно реализовать javascript'ом не используя перебора всех элементов и выбора из них всех фиксированных?
